Services in Pakistan
Bookkeeping packages
Three monthly retainers that cover the needs of most businesses in Pakistan, from a founder-led startup to a multi-entity group.
Three packages, one standard
Each package fixes what drives the work: the transactions and accounts we handle, how often we post, the working day by which your month is closed, and the reports, payroll and returns you receive.
The standard is the same on all three. Every account is reconciled, a partner reviews every deliverable, and your software stays in your name. Tax and regulatory compliance can be added to any package, and each one begins with onboarding and a month-end close run in parallel with your existing arrangements.

The commitments behind all three packages, whichever you choose.
- Every bank, card and wallet account in the package reconciled to its statement
- The month closed by the working day your package sets, so you know when your reports will arrive
- Partner review of every deliverable, including any returns your package covers
- A written engagement letter recording your package, its timetable and anything added to it
- An encrypted client portal for documents, and routine queries answered within one business day
- QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books, with the subscription held in your name
How a month runs
The same cycle runs on every package. The pace and the depth of reporting rise with it.
Posting
Transactions posted monthly, weekly or daily from bank feeds and the documents you share through the portal.
Reconciliation
Accounts agreed to their statements and, on Growth and Scale, payables and receivables brought up to date.
Close
The month closed on your package timetable, with any returns it includes prepared.
Review
Reports discussed at your quarterly or monthly review, with a quarterly CFO review on Scale.
Questions
Which package is right for my business?
Start with the limits on transactions and accounts, then ask who reads your accounts. Essential suits an owner watching profit and cash; Growth, a business with staff, customers on credit and suppliers paid in runs; Scale, a business reporting to a board, lenders, investors or a parent, or one with inventory, several entities or an annual audit. We confirm the fit after reviewing your records.
Can we change packages later?
Yes. A business that outgrows its package's limits moves to the next package. We raise it with you when your volumes or reporting needs reach that point, and confirm the new scope in writing before it takes effect.
Are sales tax returns included?
Sales tax and withholding returns are included for one registration on Growth and for all registrations on Scale, and are available as an add-on to Essential. Each return is filed with FBR or the provincial authority that holds the registration: PRA, SRB, KPRA or BRA. Income tax returns, SECP filings and further registrations can be added through our tax and regulatory compliance services.
What about a dormant or pre-revenue company?
It can be kept on a Custodian basis instead of a package: we maintain its statutory books, file its nil returns and complete its annual filings while it is not yet trading. Once it trades, it can move onto the package that suits its volumes.
